Frequently Asked Questions

What is the cost?

Psychiatry appointments on average are $400+/hr.

Our initial appointments are $199. They last just 25 minutes since our providers review your information and think about your medical history ahead of time. The initial appointment is for listening to you, crafting a treatment plan together, and reviewing your goals. We don't waste your time.

After the initial appointments, our membership is just $79/mo. The membership includes follow-up appointments, access to our care team and providers, and convenient online refills. You may not require an appointment each month, but our providers will still review your medical history and progress that you may submit in order to issue an online refill.

Treatment costs are not included in these prices. Out of pocket costs for the treatment (without insurance) range from $40-80/mo. With insurance, it's just the copay.

We do not accept insurance for appointments or membership.

How does it work?

Step 1.
Fill out and submit the medical questionnaire on the home page. Please answer truthfully as your provider will use your responses to understand your medical condition.

Step 2.
After submitting the form, you may schedule an appointment directly with a provider of your choice.

We require an additional questionnaire for medical history

Step 3.
If treatment is issued, we can arrange to have it *shipped to you for free (only available in Texas). Or, if you prefer picking it up at a local pharmacy, you may ask your provider to send it there by providing the name, phone number, and address of the location.

Step 4.
Now that your initial consultation is complete, you may become a member for just $79/mo. Becoming a member gives you access to your doctor for any questions or ongoing concerns with your treatment. You may request a refill for your treatment each month unless your provider needs to have a quick check up to confirm dosage, in which, you may simply email your doctor for a follow up.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance for appointments or membership.

You can use your insurance on any medications you are provided. The cost would be just the copay you would also pay at any other pharmacies. Working with us, you will have more convenience with free shipping, faster insurance processing, and more support. It will be up to your insurance plan to decide if the medications would be covered.

We do not accept any insurance for appointments with providers or membership costs. Done also does not process insurance directly. However, we do accept FSA and HSA payments.

Which states does Done support?

We're always trying to help as many people as possible. If your state is not listed here, please complete our online assessment at and we'll prioritize you on our waitlist. You must be in one of these locations to use Done. We require proof of residency upon booking an appointment - which may be a photo ID or a bill.

What is the membership plan?

After your initial appointment, you have the option of joining a member. The current rate for the membership is $79/mo. Below are what's included in the monthly membership:

Care team messaging - Your provider and our care team will be in constant communication with you. In order to assure that you and your treatment plan have the best compatibility we will ensure that your provider is aware of any major fluctuations in your health. Of course, if you have any questions, you are welcome to reach out directly and our care team and providers will respond within 24 hours.

Online refills and reminders - Refills vary depending on the types of treatment plans. We will proactively reach out and ensure that you are provided refills ahead of time. Depending on your treatment plan, this may be automatic or you may need adjust dosage and treatment plan.

Free delivery for treatment orders - You are welcome to request to use an alternative pharmacy at your convenience.

Referrals - Should you ever need additional support for therapy or more involved treatment for psychiatry, we will help coordinate additional support. We partner with therapists to ensure that your medical data is shared in a secure and HIPAA compliant manner. Therapists having your data will ensure that they have the most up to date information to guide you emotionally.

Health dashboard - Monitor your health with our dashboard. You can track your symptoms and ADHD evaluation. You can also message your doctor and chat with us.

Is membership required?

Yes - if you want to have continuing care and refills.

If you complete the initial appointment and are provided a treatment plan, you qualify for the membership. In order to continue with your treatment plan, you are required to be part of our membership, which is just $79/mo.

Continuous Care

Our providers will continue to review your assessments and treatment plan as long as you're part of the membership. You will be able to schedule follow-ups at your provider's discretion. Initially, these may be month-to-month, but afterward, you may also submit a written narrative for your provider to review and track your health progress. The costs include follow-up appointments.

Online Refills

Treatment for ADHD is only granted 30 days at a time to prevent potential abuse.

In order to have access to online refills, you are required to give your provider an update on your health. This is routinely done with a follow-up appointment but may also be done with a written narrative of your health for them to review.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel the membership anytime. However, in order to reactivate the membership, you are required to start over with the initial appointment.

What are the rescheduling, cancellation, late, no-show, and refund policies?

Rescheduling & Cancellation
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the appointment time. Your provider needs to prepare for your appointment so this policy is to respect their time. There are no refunds 48 hours before the appointment.

Your provider will wait for you for 7 minutes. If you arrive past this time, your provider will mark your appointment as a no-show. Since the appointment is 25 miniutes, tardiness impacts their abilities to properly consult and diagnose you.

No Show
There are no refunds or rescheduling for no-shows. We send plenty of reminders through email and texts, including one at the start of your appointment. You may reach out to our support team at for options.

You may request a refund up to 48 hours before your appointment by cancelling your appointment.
