What is the cost?
Traditional, in person psychiatry appointments on average are $400+/hr. At Done, an initial diagnosis appointment could be half the price. Check out the cost of our initial appointment here.

Since our providers review your information and study your medical history ahead of time, it will last only 30 minutes. The initial appointment is meant for listening to you, crafting a treatment plan together, and reviewing your goals. We don't waste your time.

After the initial appointment, our membership is just $79/mo. The membership includes follow-up appointments, 24/7 access to our care team and convenient online prescription renewals. Even if you don't require an appointment each month, our providers will still review your medical history and progress with your treatment in order to issue a new prescription.

Treatment costs are not included in these prices. Out of pocket costs for the treatment (without insurance) range from $40-80/mo. With insurance, it would only be the copay amount.

We currently do not accept insurance for appointments, but we do offer out-of-network insurance support.
Do you accept FSA and HSA payments?
We accept FSA and HSA payments. You may also use insurance to cover some or all of the cost for your medication, with copays typically ranging between $10-$150. Please email: support@donefirst.com if further assistance is needed.
What is the membership plan?

Trouble finding a pharmacy?
With regards to patients who cannot pick up your medications due to the national shortage of ADHD medications. Though Done is only a platform to connect patient and clinicians and never operate as a pharmacy, we feel sorry that this happens to you, and are committed to helping you get the medications as much as we can. Many of our team members come to work on the platform, because our family and friends have ADHD, or ourselves having ADHD. And we know the potential inconvenience of not getting medication for this life-threatening medical condition.

We want to announce that for any patient who cannot pick up pharmacies, your dedicated care team would help you contact 5 pharmacies to find a pharmacy with stock that would offload the communications work from you. If still not be able to find a pharmacy, we will issue a full refund to your membership fee.

We’re also encouraging you to submit your request to the local medical board and government to address the issue of the medication shortage.
How does it work?
Step 1.
Fill out and submit the medical questionnaire on the home page. Please answer truthfully as your provider will use your responses to understand your medical condition.

Step 2.
After submitting the form, you may schedule an appointment directly with a provider of your choice. We will require an additional questionnaire for medical history.

Step 3.
If treatment is issued, we can arrange to have it *shipped to you for free (only available in certain states). Or, if you prefer picking it up at a local pharmacy, you may ask your provider to send it there by providing the name, phone number, and address of the location.

Step 4.
After the initial consultation is complete, you may become a member for just $79/mo. Becoming a member gives you access to your clinicians and care team for ongoing chronic care.
What states does Done support?
We're always trying to help as many people as possible. If your state is not listed here, please complete our online assessment and we'll prioritize you on our waitlist. You must be in one of the states we are available in order to use Done. We require proof of residency upon booking an appointment - which may be a photo ID or a bill.

You can find the list of states where Done is available here.
Is membership required?
Yes - if you want to receive ongoing care and prescription renewals.

After you complete the initial appointment and are provided a treatment plan, you qualify for our membership plan. In order to continue with your treatment plan, you are required to be part of our membership plan, which is only $79/mo.

Continuous Care
Our providers will continue to review your assessments and treatment plan as long as you're part of the membership. You will be able to schedule follow-ups at your provider's discretion. Initially, these may be month-to-month, but afterwards, you may also submit a written narrative for your provider to review and track your health progress. The costs include follow-up appointments.

Online Prescription Renewals
Treatment for ADHD is only granted 30 days at a time to prevent potential abuse. In order to have access to online refills, you are required to give your provider an update on your health and treatment progress. This is routinely done with a follow-up appointment but may also be done with a written narrative of your health and progress for them to review.

Cancel Anytime
You may cancel the membership anytime. Keep in mind that in order to reactivate the membership, you will be required to start over with our initial appointment.
